Unassisted backflip with a MINI
Guerlain Chicherit attempted his first-ever unassisted backflip with his MINI on the mountains of Tignes, France on the 17th of February in 2013. This Freestyle rally driver, Rally Raid World Champion and four times Free Skiing World Champion worked very hard with his team in order to create the perfect car backflip.
BigAirBag created the biggest Revolution BigAirBag ever made with a length of over 25 meters to facilitate Guerlain Chicherit with a safe training platform. A few days before the event, Guerlain trained with the BigAirBag on the slopes to finalize his in-run, kicker, special designed MINI and landing. Here is the result:
